RATING & RANKING PROCESS: Understanding the ISESA Rating & Ranking Framework

At ISESA, our Rating & Ranking Framework is designed to provide schools with a transparent and comprehensive evaluation process. Here's how it works:

Application Submission:

Schools interested in participating can submit their application through our website. The application process is simple and user-friendly, ensuring accessibility for all schools.

Processing Fees and Evaluation Preparation:

Upon receiving the application, schools are informed about the processing fees, which include GST. Before the evaluation begins, schools are provided with payment details to complete the process.

Evaluation Criteria:

Our framework encompasses a wide range of criteria covering various aspects of a school's operations, including infrastructure, academic excellence, extracurricular activities, community engagement, safety measures, inclusivity, leadership, innovation, and more.

Evaluation Process

Once the processing fees are settled, our evaluation committee initiates the assessment process. This involves thorough review and analysis of the information provided by the school, ensuring a fair and impartial evaluation.

Telephonic Discussion and Questionnaire:

To gather additional insights, our evaluation committee conducts telephonic discussions with school representatives, typically the Principal or designated staff member. Following this discussion, a tailored questionnaire is shared with the school to delve deeper into specific areas of evaluation.

Documentation Review:

Schools are required to submit relevant documentation to support their claims and provide evidence of their achievements and initiatives. This documentation plays a crucial role in substantiating the school's performance and contributes to the overall assessment.

Rating Allocation:

Based on the evaluation findings, each school is allocated a rating that reflects its performance across the defined criteria. The rating serves as a measure of the school's quality, effectiveness, and overall standing within the education community.

Annual Ranking Allocation:

Schools that receive ratings are eligible for annual ranking allocation. Rankings are determined based on the comparative analysis of schools within the framework, considering factors such as academic excellence, extracurricular achievements, community engagement, and more.

Feedback and Improvement Opportunities:

Following the evaluation process, schools receive detailed feedback highlighting their strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations for enhancing their performance. This feedback serves as a valuable resource for schools to develop improvement strategies and achieve higher ratings in subsequent evaluations.

Continuous Engagement and Support:

ISESA remains committed to supporting schools throughout their journey towards excellence. We provide ongoing guidance, resources, and opportunities for collaboration to help schools thrive and continuously improve their educational standards.

By participating in the ISESA Rating & Ranking Framework, schools gain valuable insights, recognition, and opportunities for growth, contributing to their success and the overall advancement of the education sector.
